I would suggest 3 things: 1. Regular meals with interval of 2 hrs: I now have 7-9 meals a day while earlier I had only 3. 2. Cardio Like kleo said, high intensity is much effective. 3. Weight Training You need a toned body, don't you? Try doing 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes gym everyday. Also protein supplement after workout is a must. All the very best friend.

like many said before, cardio IS the way to "remove fat", definatly for lower ab fat. also, don't only do ab exercises and cardio. Also do deadlifts, Squats. Even bench press is good to remove fat. reason why? SPOT FAT REMOVAL DOES NOT EXIST. you have to train ur complete body to get less fat.

i had the same problem with lower belly fat. Unfortunately it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to get rid of it.From my experience i have found out that a high intensity cardio like fast swimming or hard sprinting is much more effective at burning fat rather than moderate intensity cardio like jogging. If you are well conditioned i suggest you do a cardio like this; start with jogging for 2 minutes, then start sprinting as fast as you can for about 20 seconds, then keep walking at brisk pace for 60 seconds then repeat the whole procedure again...you should do this for about 25-30 minutes, 5 times a week...I know it's a killing workout but trust me it works! And of course watch what you eat, because nutrition is 90% responsible for having or not a six pack abs...Hope this helps.

hanging leg raises, legs up crunches etc etc etc..... basic logic: whenever ur upper body is stable and you are moving ur lower body.. u r compelling ur lower abs to work.... cardio exercises would definitely help as they help in strength core, abs and lower back, and would provide strength for working out better
