should i be doing this workout if im a 14year old girl? if yes can anybody reccomend a plan on when i should do them? :) thankyou.

Don't believe those "your growth will be stunted" myths. Working out actually releases growth hormones xD Anyway, use their 8 min abs workout and increase levels once you get used to them. Make it a routine (Mon/Wed/Fri) and you'll see improvement. Girl's don't produce testosterone, so you won't be all bulky like guys (some girls don't workout since they think they'll be all musclely).

i recommend you not work out at that age and try to do more cardios like running, jump rope(this one is best), and other sports. Girl needs slimmer body not humongous

hey.. u can work out but remember to restrict urself to body weight exercises and cardio till ur height increases... there is no research to prove it but apparently when u start lifting weights ur rate of height increase is reduced

if you are some seriously sportelr than yes but is you are not i recomend to you to do some easier workouts

hey was'up, im a 17y guy and i do the 8 min abs just fine, try it, if you feel that the workout is a little dificult, have a little more recovery time (30-45 secs) and decrease the # of repeticions (like 15 instead of 25) Hope it helps!! Cheers!!!
