i need a workout rutine for the legs. I´m a short distance runner I have a high level of resistance, but I need to increase the volume and power of my legs. Any suggestions?

Running up hill and squatting are good exercises to build leg power.

So what you are asking for is strenght Training I suggest Lunges,squats,Calf raises AND do the in fast reps So you build up strenght
