You should try working out approximately 3 times a week. Try to alternate days, this way your muscles can recuporate. Also you need a good protein diet to nourish the muscles back to health. My workout consist of Mondays,Wednesdays and Fridays, for approximately 1 hour of 1/2 hours. If you also like on one of your off days, instead of working the muscles, you should do a cardiovascular workout, which will burn calories. Burning calories will give you more definition and muscle tone.
