To lose body-fat everyone knows by now that you have to reduce carbohydrates to some extent. This means you will stop burning fat and may even begin to store it because your body senses that you are in some kind of starvation mode and wants to be prepared for the worst. With most fat loss clients who want to maintain or even try to build muscle, I recommend three to five days of restricted carbohydrate intake followed by one high carb day. If a client needs to lose a great deal of body-fat while maintaining muscle mass, we will start with four days of very low vecarbs followed by a high carb day. Eat 5 meals per day, rich of proteins (fish, chicken, turkey, cottage cheese) n veggies n fruits (but not so much), in every meal you should have some fat (olive oil, palm, fish oil, or nuts - rich of omega 3 & 6), but don t use more then 80 gramm per day, specially saturated fat or tans fat (fried meat, friteuse), drink a lot of water, green tea (not from bottles) or 2 times coffee (good antioxidans for making your meatabolism faster). Avoid sweets, white bread (whole-grain bread is better), pasta, white rice. So, take around 2.000 kcal per day and do exercises n cardio (at least 30 minutes, or even effective, 3 times per day with 15 minutes walking burns more calories). That s how I do...hope that it will help you
