I am currently on level 1 but I would like to know when I should move on to level 2??

From my point of view after 2 weeks level go for 1 week every day, rest in sunday then go for level three time a week (2 weeks complete) or like Jamie1245 said do"[...] level one with ease, without losing form a single time throughout the whole workout and most of all, when you think you're ready for level two."

You should move on to level two when you can do level one with ease, without losing form a single time throughout the whole workout and most of all, when you think you're ready for level two.

Do level 1 three times a week for maybe 2-3 weeks then move on to level 2
