i am 16 years old and want to get 6 pack abs i am 5.6 and weight 50 kilos can you pls help me to give a propoer workout regime hich i can follow and get it within 5 months

I just wanted to know ! I am on level 1, and I want to do it 14 times ( every night one time ), that is 2 weeks, and now I am on day 9, will i have at least 4 abs until end of level 1?

With cardio and 8 min abs workout level 1, 2 and 3 you'll be getting a six pack in no time. You'll be doing cardio (running,jogging,etc...) 3-5 times a week and: The first 2 weeks you'll be doing level 1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkKCVCZe474 The next 2 or 3 weeks you'll be doing level 2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44mgUselcDU&feature=relmfu Then, you'll be doing level 3. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrsQH3IPNnQ When level 3 turns too easy for you, you can do this (this is what I did and trust me,you WILL get results): Next 2 weeks do level 2 but with 60 reps and 10 seconds of rest. Next 2 weeks do level 2 but with 70 reps and 10 seconds of rest. Next 2 weeks do level 2 but with 80 reps and 10 seconds of rest. And so on until you get to 130 reps (always 10 seconds of rest) and you'll have super abs... Oh! And remember that the most important thing is to be constant!
