hello i am soccer center defender i am 177cm and 73 kg ..i am in body like cannavro .. i want to make good form i mean my body .. to be more strong .. i am confused many people said u have to do more reps on every training like chest .. and the other said u have to do it by heavay weight and do without many reps .. i dont know wat to do i want someone to tell me wat can i do in gym to have strong body and good shapped , ?
