Hi! try eating pasta 2 hours before the game and...don't eat cheese or any other milk related product. Focus on eating mostly carbohydrates the day of the game to fully upload your carb reserve. During the game try to drink a juice made of 2 oranges and a pinch of salt (at break). A day before the game have a good meal containing meat or other stuff that is rich in proteins and also don't forget the carb, they are your energy pack. I recommend soy, because it has more that 50 gr of protein in 100 gr of product!!! That's a lot! ;)

I work in Korea football Association, Generally In our national team, Before play soccer, our player always eat food which is made of carbohyidrate. for example, noodle, spaghttii.

Good balance diet is also a good idea.. mostly foods rich in Carbohydrate and vitamins.

:evil: Hi, i play soccer all of the time and the 2 things i recommend are, Plenty of water and a lot of carbohydrates, but not too much, leave it about an hour before or after, so you dont get cramp pains while playing

Just keep up with healthy food. I don't think there is any special nutrition that would help really.
