Hi! try eating pasta 2 hours before the game and...don't eat cheese or any other milk related product. Focus on eating mostly carbohydrates the day of the game to fully upload your carb reserve. During the game try to drink a juice made of 2 oranges and a pinch of salt (at break). A day before the game have a good meal containing meat or other stuff that is rich in proteins and also don't forget the carb, they are your energy pack. I recommend soy, because it has more that 50 gr of protein in 100 gr of product!!! That's a lot! ;)
