Bent over lateral raises
A specific shoulder exercise to work the rear muscles of the deltoid. This exercise is of medium difficulty for training shoulders, and we therefore advise you to strengthen the lumbar muscles in order to avoid risking damage to your back.

InstructionsBend your torso forward and bend your legs. Keep your back straight. Your hands should be in a straight line with your shoulders, and your elbows slightly bent. Without changing the elbow angle, bring your hands on axis with your shoulders. Return to the starting position.
