I am running my first half marathon in April and I don't know what to eat. What should I eat the night/morning of?

you should eat something you'll use during the marathon (carbohydrates, vitamins and fluids). you can find them in Pasta, Rice, fruits, water,... this by night / in the mornig of the take somes fruits (Banana,..), cup of tea or coffee and water. during ur marathon drink water with some sugar like (power rade,...) u can find a lot of stuff in the market. And most off all Good luck. if it's your first marathon try to do your best and try not to push your body to the limits specially if it's too hot (keep hydrating yourself during the marathon it's very important)!!!

Night before...pasta, but not too heavy. Before the race... 1 banana, maybe 2. I have never run a marathon before:sick: but this is what my girlfriend ate before she ran one last year as did everybody else in the group she trained with.
