you should eat something you'll use during the marathon (carbohydrates, vitamins and fluids). you can find them in Pasta, Rice, fruits, water,... this by night / in the mornig of the take somes fruits (Banana,..), cup of tea or coffee and water. during ur marathon drink water with some sugar like (power rade,...) u can find a lot of stuff in the market.
And most off all Good luck.
if it's your first marathon try to do your best and try not to push your body to the limits specially if it's too hot (keep hydrating yourself during the marathon it's very important)!!!
