Hey how's everybody? I recently came across this site and I think the exercise videos are great! I was wondering if any of you are doing circuit leg exercises i.e. a series of leg exercises to supplement your running. I'm a fan of doing circuit exercises because they help you get in a lot of work in such a small amount of time. I've been doing a series of push-ups every day - 6 variations of the push up with 12 reps each and they worked well for me. It takes me less than 5 minutes to complete so it's easy to include in your morning routine. Now I'm trying to find a good combination of work-outs (preferably using the videos here because they really help with form!) but this time for my legs. I wanted to try to save myself some guess work and ask the group. :-) Thanks for taking the time and happy running!
