The advice I can give you is certainly that common to all runners, in other words to breathe with your diaphragm. Breathe in trying to push the air into the lowest part of your lungs: if you place a hand on your belly you should feel it rise and fall automatically. This technique will allow you to take in more oxygen and thus also to avoid the typical stitch in your side.

Best "breathing" tehnique is 2 steps inhalle (with mouth), next 2 steps outhalle (nose). If you outhalle with mouth you'll probably fellin' dizzy, and if you inhalle with nose you'll not have enought oxygen. USEUFUL TIP: if you run 100m, about 25m from the finish, inhalle much oxygen as you can, hold your breat, and "push" muscles with your lunges 'cause you will run faster. Remember, 25m from the finish, 'cause you maybe can't hold your breat longer than 3-5 sec while running! Try this tehnique and you will be fastest runner (I don't garantee that)

Different runners have different breathing techniques. It is hard to follow how others breathe. As long as u maintain slow constant speed of breathing throughout the run. Breathing in and out too fast will also cause u to be tired. Try different variations of breathing techniques for different types of runs too.
