Hi just wonder what is better to eat before or after running and how much time before or after ? And what is better to eat? :evil:

u sholudnt eat 2 hours before running

Mango, it's ok, but the ideal would be to eat a banana. This fruit contains a small amount of complex carbohydrates, which are released gradually. This helps a lot your performance if it exceeds 30 minutes. :sick: Regard to orange juice, be careful. With the movement of the run, this juice (very acid) could irritate the walls of your stomach (this happens because at that moment is empty).

Thanks a lot for your answer. I usually eat fruit or fresh orange juice so I think that is ok ! :evil:

Simple carbohydrates: fruit, honey, jam. You can use their "fast" energy, TO HAVE A BEST BENEFIT ! :lol:
