Spartan Bow

Quadriceps Exercises - Spartan Bow
Spartan bow: this quads exercise( from "Spartan" series ) is perfect for improving the stability of the legs. This exercise is very different from the "squat" with one leg, in fact in this release is necessary to have a perfect balance. (electronic translation of the text)

InstructionsKeep your feet spread apart at shoulder width, lift one foot and move it backwards keeping your balance on one leg. The arm of the foot raised is aligned with the shoulder, with the hand into a fist. While trying not to lose your balance, and while putting pressure on the thigh muscles of the supporting leg, bend your body forwards until you can touch the ground with your fist. Go back to your starting position.
