Cat Walk
Assume a position “on all fours” similar to that of a cat. Move your hand forwards and at the same time move your foot on the other side of your body forwards. Push your body forwards while putting pressure on your thigh muscles and your buttocks. Try to keep your back position unchanged. Repeat the movement with your other hand and foot. Move forwards 4 times, and then repeat the movements while going backwards.
