Trapezius Exercises Section

Trapezius exercises are not very popular among amateurs. Dabbler bodybuilders pay much attention on biceps, chest and abs muscles, and disregards some important muscle groups like trapezius muscles. But if you don’t see your trapezius in the mirror, it doesn’t mean that it don’t exist. Trapezius muscles group is almost as large as abdominal, it starts from upper neck and covers about a third of back. Weak trap automatically means weak back. Therefore it requires as thorough and considered training program as abs, for example, do.

Trapezius is a complex of three independent muscle groups: trapezius upper, middle and lower portions. That is why you need a complex of different trapezius exercises to train all portions. More effective trapezius exercises and trapezius workout will soon be available.
