Can someone tell me how/if I can work my abdominals just above my p..is (srry) and creating that triangle shape that goes down ... ? Please I'm realy serious.Thanks

watching your diet is majorly important for this area, from experience beer is a killer.. a kings breakfast, a noblemans lunch and a poor mans dinner. try not to eat late at night and watch what you eat. 60% diet 40% exercise. also moderate aerobic activity for long periods of time will burn fat. E.G jogging, **swimming**

choose the excercise u want both are excercising lower abs

@Mariusstar, for the shape you are looking for the triangle pointing towards the pubic region, you are looking to workout your obliques and your lower abs. Just look for exercise for those on this website and you should be good.
