1 1/2yr ago I droped like 90.2/96.8 Pounds now i am exercising daily, I run all weekends about 30min or so , and I've been going to the gym 2hrs per day since 7 months ago, but I cant reduce all the loose skin in my stomach. my abs are starting to show up but still there's alot of loose skin under that :( it's just hanging in there
What can I do?
Im thinking of doing swiming but IDK cuz is very difficultto me be without a shirt in public
I am 16y/o plz HELP!
