:( Everyone tells me I have a “flat” bottom... is there anything I can do to give it more volume and muscle tone??? I have tried all the usual programmes and exercises but nothing has worked. :(

Front Lunges are very good also Squats are very good. :woohoo:

I don’t know what programmes and exercises you have done, but I can advise you to try the classic “Forward Lunge”, which manage to tone both the “superficial” and “deep” muscles, thus giving you the typical “Brazilian” effect.
