How much muscles we must to exercise a day?(the ideal) And, how much exercise we must exercise for muscle? If somebody can help me. thanks!

You can work any muscle up to 3 times a week, but no more, and no less than twice a week to notice change. You can work your entire body (all your muscles) whenever you work out (not to exceed 3 times per week) If you want to build a muscle you need to train it heavy at least twice a week with at least 3 to 5 different exercises and at least 3 to 5 sets of each! For example if you want to build your chest you would need to do: 1. Incline dumbbell chest press 2. Incline machine chest press 3. Flat bench chest press (barbell or machine) 4. Dumbell flat bench chest press or fly's 5. Standing Cable chest fly's you would need to do this at least twice a week just to get the chest to grow noticeably within 2 months

hey, depends on yr age, if u above18, start with a 15 min cardio increasing it to 20 n 30 gradually over months + strength training. Any good gym should help,.
