Video exercises for chest muscles

Chest ExercisesEffective chest exercises for men and women were collected here in our chest category of passion4profession video exercises library.

The anatomical name of chest muscle is "pectoralis major". It is very large and for that reason it is possible to train several specific areas of this muscle, which commonly known as: upper chest, lower chest and middle chest.

We provide professional 3D videos of chest exercises, followed by detailed instructions. Each exercise shows how to train your pectoral muscles properly. Some exercises are particularly useful for training specific areas of the chest. Here you can find best lower chest exercises, inner or upper chest exercises. You may also find effective chest strengthening or toning exercises in that section.

Many exercises need benches, weights, barbell or dumbbells and imply training in gym. Other chest exercises do not require any equipment and are ideal for training at home. We recommend you to select the exercises suited to your needs and create your personal chest workout.

Chest exercises for women - note: contrary to popular lore, some chest exercises for women, like the incline press exercise, does not tone the breasts and in no way prevents sagging. Breasts are composed of adipose tissue containing the mammary glands, all of which is contained in a net of connective tissue that rests on top of the pectoralis major.
