Training Legs: Calf Exercises

Legs and back muscles should anatomically be the strongest muscles of the body. That is why when you work out it’s important to train calves to stay in proportional condition. Each of above may be considered as a calf exercise, but to get really strong calf muscles we recommend effective calf exercises. Here is the list of exercises via 3D video animations followed by professional instructions.
