InstructionsLie down on the ground. Placing the foot on the Swiss ball. Contracting the adductor muscles and the buttocks muscles. So make pressure on the ball. Stay in contraction for few seconds, pushing with the foot on the ball. Return to starting position.

reallly great side! I'm from Poland my english is quite good, but thanks to that passion4proffesion shows and writes how to exercise I can do this exercises in a good way!! Gratulations!
