I didn't know where to post this, so I'll do it here. I'm looking to do some upside-down crunches, but I don't want to invest in gravity boots, because my house doesn't have any structures that I'd feel comfortable hanging from. If anyone here has made a structure for upside-down crunches that is independent from the use of walls or doorways, I would very much like to hear how they did it.
